Recipe : Making gel from sea moss powder. The powder is ready to use. Take 25 grams of sea moss powder and put it in a pan. Add 500 ml of water and soak for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally, keep at a boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Blend until a smooth gel forms. For an extra vitamin boost, flavor and fragrance, you can add lemon juice/orange juice while blending. Put it in a sealable jar and let it cool and put it in the refrigerator.
